Hilful Fuzul College of Education & Research (HIFCER) is a premier self-financed, co-educational institution dedicated to nurturing future educators and fostering academic excellence. Established in 2016, HIFCER is located in the serene village of Olanpara in Bagnan, Howrah, West Bengal.

The college is affiliated with Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University (formerly The West Bengal University of Teachers’ Training, Education Planning, and Administration) and operates under the recognition of the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and the University Grants Commission (UGC) under sections 2(f) and 12(B) since 2016.
